Notes |
- David's burial in Nauvoo is based on family traditions of the descendants of his children Mary Maria Fuller Cook and Hannah Elizabeth Fuller Bissell. No known "official" burial records exist for David. David's death info is included in Granddaughter Hannah Elizabeth Cook Hoyt's (1838-1911) Temple Ordinance Book. David's information was recorded later by Hannah, though she was 8 when he died and old enough to have known and remembered him. David's baptism in 1879, in St Georges Temple, also lists his death in Nauvoo.
