So shall it be with my father: he shall be
called a prince over his posterity, holding
the keys of the patriarchal priesthood over the kingdom of God on earth, even the Church
of the Latter Day Saints, and he shall sit in the general assembly of patriarchs, even in
council with the Ancient of Days when he shall sit and all the patriarchs with him and shall
enjoy his right and authority under the direction of the Ancient of Days.

The identification of what is considered today to be "Plymouth Rock" relies on the accuracy of a story verbally brought down to us concerning Elder Thomas Faunce. When Faunce was ninety-five, he told a group of people he had been present when Mary Chilton came to Plymouth and visited the Rock before she died. She set foot on it and laughed, and said she was the first woman of the Mayflower to step upon that rock, and now, at seventy-five, she was stepping on it for the last time.
