So shall it be with my father: he shall be
called a prince over his posterity, holding
the keys of the patriarchal priesthood over the kingdom of God on earth, even the Church
of the Latter Day Saints, and he shall sit in the general assembly of patriarchs, even in
council with the Ancient of Days when he shall sit and all the patriarchs with him and shall
enjoy his right and authority under the direction of the Ancient of Days.

Margaret Botreaux, passed away 7 February 1478, at Salisbury, Wiltshire, England, age 68. She was buried at the Salisbury Cathedral.

Margaret was fourty at the death of her father, and brought great wealth as well as a vast estate covering Somerset, Moels and Botreaux to her husband in marriage. She was considered to be a remarkable lady, a most energetic wife, and a much tried and devoted mother. When her son, Sir Robert, was taken prisoner in the Battle of Castillon, she went to great lengths to gather immense sums for his freedom, and was able to see his return after seven years and four months. Her strength was again tested when the same son faced the executioner when fighting on the Lancastrian side at Hexham, beheaded by the Yorks in 1463. Six years later, she lost her grandson, Sir Thomas Hungerford, executed at Salisbury in 1469. After all her effots to abide by her husband's wishes concerning their burials at a fabulous cost, her tomb was completely destroyed in the years to come. Her seal remains, it depicts her as sitting in a laced bodice and cover chief, an open book on her lap, and the label "Myne trouth assured", then the inscription of "Sigillum Margarete d' ne Hungerford de Botreaux."

Baron Botreaux (pronounced "But'ry")[1] is a title in the Peerage of England. It was created by writ of summons in 1368 by Edward III for William de Botreaux, 1st Baron Botreaux.

In 1462, Margaret de Botreaux, 4th Baroness Botreaux, the 3rd Baron's daughter, inherited the title. She outlived both her son and grandson, so the title passed on her death to her great-granddaughter Mary Hungerford, as 5th Baroness Botreaux. Mary Hungerford married William Hastings, 1st Baron Hastings in about 1478, and their son George was created Earl of Huntingdon in 1529.

From the death of the 5th Baroness in around 1532, the title remained with the Earls of Huntingdon for 214 years. In 1746 the 9th Earl of Huntingdon died and it passed to his daughter, Elizabeth Rawdon as 16th Baroness Botreaux. Elizabeth Rawdon married John Rawdon, 1st Earl of Moira, and their son Francis was created Marquess of Hastings in 1817.

Margaret De Botreaux died 7 February 1478, Salisbury Wiltshire, England, age 72. She was buried at Salisbury Cathedral, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.
