To my son Robert Kerrich a tenement in Saxsted in the occupation of Edward Pollauk and lands in Earls Soham and Framlingham, except Dableyes Close, late in the tenure of Arthur Pennynge, gentleman. My son Robert is to pay to my five children, viz., to William 40 pounds, to Mary 10 pounds, to Alice 10 pounds, to Margaret 10 pounds, and to Joane 10 pounds. To my son Giles and his now wife Elizabeth my tenement in Saxsted called Grymbles, in the occupation of said Giles Kerriche, he paying to my five children, Katherine, Margaret, Joan, Alice, and Margery 20 pounds.
